"Awesome Customer Support"
I accidentally placed an order for the same card two times!! I chatted with a guy who assured me it was no problem, updated my order, and issued a refund. What amazing customer support 😊 I got my order the very next day!! Incredible service, and as usual, the cards are crafted and packaged beautifully.

Thrilled and thankful (!) to get the items, all the way in Spain. Even when Royal Mail ain't on strike, the delivery can take its sweet time through the postal system. I suppose the excitement of finally getting them just builds up! I've been a fan of Five Dollar Shake for quite a while, since I really dig their one-of-a-kind and vibrant features.

"Terrible service from the company"
I ordered a birthday card on November 29th and forked out £3.50 for faster delivery. It showed up on December 10th. They blamed it on the striking postal workers, but there was zero accountability from five dollar shake, especially since it took them three days to send the card after I placed the order... #ridiculous
